böku stats is a football intelligence application that provides statistical analysis, predictions, and real-time signals for informational purposes only. The App uses mathematical models including Poisson distribution and Monte Carlo simulations to analyze football matches.

3. Disclaimer — Not Financial or Betting Advice

böku stats provides sports analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or any form of guaranteed outcome. All predictions are based on statistical models and historical data, which inherently involve uncertainty.

We explicitly disclaim any liability for:

• Any betting decisions you make based on the App's analysis.
• Any financial losses resulting from the use of the App.
• The accuracy of any prediction or analysis provided by the App.

Always gamble responsibly. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help.

4. Subscription and Payments

• böku stats offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $15/month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or infrastructure.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App's content or analysis without permission.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, statistical models, and intellectual property associated with böku stats are owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, böku stats and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
