1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using böku stats ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

böku stats is a statistical analysis and informational tool for football (soccer) matches. The App uses mathematical models including Poisson distribution and Monte Carlo simulations against public match data to compute probability estimates. böku stats is not a sportsbook, betting platform, or gambling service. The App does not accept, process, place, or facilitate any wager or monetary bet. All content is provided for analytical and educational purposes.

3. Disclaimer — Not Financial or Betting Advice

böku stats provides sports analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not constitute financial advice, betting advice, investment advice, or any form of guaranteed outcome. All probability estimates, predictions, and classifications (STRONG, VALUE, LEAN) are based on statistical models and historical data and inherently involve uncertainty. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

We explicitly disclaim any liability for:

• Any betting or wagering decisions you make based on the App's analysis, which are solely your personal choice made with an independent third-party operator.
• Any financial losses, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the App.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any prediction, probability, or analysis provided.

Always gamble responsibly. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available through local resources and international helplines such as the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-522-4700 in the US) or BeGambleAware.org.

4. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must not use the App.

5. Subscription and Payments

• böku stats offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at US$19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• The free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the trial.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS).
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests for completed periods must be made through Apple's App Store.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or infrastructure.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App's content or analysis without permission.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use the App while under 18 years of age.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, statistical models, and intellectual property associated with böku stats are owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, böku stats and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. The total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama City, Panama, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides you with the right to seek remedies in your country of residence.
